Sewing Fun

I never thought that those two words would be linked together...at least in my mind. I grew up with a strong aversion to sewing despite my mom's best efforts to get me involved. Now I find that I enjoy making things...especially if they can be given as gifts. Mike gave me a new Singer sewing machine for my birthday, and I have been putting it to work already. I find that sewing is much more successful with a completely working sewing machine.

Thought I would display a few of the items I have been working on (mainly because I want to have proof that I really am sewing now!)
