What do you think about dreams having meanings? I tend to not believe that they have a whole lot to do with reality..at least I hope not, otherwise I am one messed-up person. I thought I had heard that it is somewhat normal throughout pregnancy to have strange dreams. My mom and sister both had vivid and unusual dreams while they were pregnant, so it may just run in the family.
I have very detailed and weird dreams every single night. I am getting used to it now just not the part where I wake up in the morning exhausted from not having had a restful night's sleep.
I have had dreams including one where my sister was in jail and she had to leave Jane at home, one where I had to run a marathon all the while dragging my crib behind me, and recently one where I gave birth not to a child but to a baby lizard.
So I hope it's just a case of hormonal changes triggering strange brain patterns in my sleep that will be reversed once this baby is born and not the other option...that I am somewhat crazy and need help, ;)
