Telephone Customer Service

I don’t know if this blog entry is exactly blog-worthy or not. It may be one you wish you hadn’t wasted time on….just warning you. I just had the strongest desire to vent about the incompetence of telephone customer service representatives. I have had an on-going, in the dark, up-hill-both-ways, barefoot battle, trying to be done with this stinking credit card company called MBNA. My account has been paid off and closed for almost 2 months now and yet the drama continues.
To make this reading worthwhile to you, here is a piece of information you may someday want to put to use. Unless you call your bank and put a stop on all transfers from a particular company (even if the company should be the one to do this), that company may still take money from you, not give you all of it back, and speak demeaningly to you on top of it all. Do I sound bitter? I might be a little. That's all I have to say today. Next blog will be happier; I promise. Maybe I just need more coffee...
